Valentin Dragoi
Valentin Dragoi is a founding Partner of DT Lawyers and leads the firm’s legal consultancy department.

Lucian Tufler
Lucian Tufler is a founding Partner of DT Lawyers and leads the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice.
During his practice he collaborated with some of the most reputed law firms in Romania, being highly appreciated for his ingenuity as litigator, as well as for his extensive experience in both judicial and arbitration proceedings.
His practice covers a broad range of litigation matters, with particular focus on commercial, civil and administrative law.

Lucian graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds a LL.M in Bussiness Law from the same University. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
Irina Lungu
Irina practices civil and commercial litigation.During her career she developed great skills both in the field of consultancy and dispute resolutions, strengthening her experience in areas such as civil law, commercial law, tax and administrative disputes, enforcement procedures, consumer protection, contravention law, disputes arising under Law no. 77/2016 provisions.
Her professional experience is also supported by the internship carried out as a student at a Bailiff Office, where she has gained experience regarding the enforcement procedure.She graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law and holds a L.L.M. in International Arbitration at the same university, being the author of the following papers: State Aid Law and Arbitration; The act eclair doctrine. Recent developments; Rules applicable in case of non-performance of international commercial contracts.
She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Beatrice Kioveanu
Beatrice practices civil litigation and consultancy, her expertise covering areas such as commercial transactions, corporate law or banking and finance. She is assisting clients in general corporate and commercial law matters, in due diligence processes, in shareholders’ disputes or in reviewing various types of agreements.
Beatrice graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law and holds a L.L.M. in Criminal Law. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
