She is dedicated to providing efficient, well-reasoned solutions in complex administrative and tax-related matters, with a strong emphasis on analytical precision and strategic case management.
She is a certified tax consultant (member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors – CCF), a licensed insolvency practitioner (member of the Romanian National Association of practitioners in insolvency – UNPIR) and also holds formal certification as a Data Protection Officer, which enables her to address GDPR-related compliance with a high degree of technical accuracy. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach disputes from a comprehensive legal perspective, integrating tax, corporate, and regulatory considerations in order to obtain practical, sustainable outcomes for clients.
Irina holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest, is a member of the Bucharest Bar and brings a significant multilingual edge to the firm. She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, and she is also an authorized legal translator for Romanian–English language pair.
Beatrice Kioveanu focuses on civil litigation and consultancy, covering commercial transactions and corporate law.
